I saw this over on the Anime News Network website, and it’s not only interesting, but shows how much more respect the Japanese have for comics as an art form. Apparently, originals are on display at a major train station, but I don’t understand why we don’t do things like this in the US? I’ve seen the occasional display about a comic character as a tie in for a movie release, but not about the actual art involved. Kind of sad. It makes me want to study harder to learn Japanese, and go to Japan.
