Beano Hope?

The Beanotown ice cream man, Mr. Icy, is in the Beano Boss strip this week. I think he looks like Bob Hope, but then how many kids know who Bob Hope is/was? How many adults even know who Bob Hope is/was?  Still, fun to draw.
