Back to the Japanese magazines for this one, but this is also the image that forced me to start playing with scanner settings! I really worked on the subtle shading on her outfit, but in this initial scan it all dropped out; frustrating me to no end. Even after playing with it in PS, this was the best I could get, without making it an all day affair of dodging, and masks, etc…
But after just a simple shift on the scanner settings, I was able to get this; which is practically untouched. Damn near, day and night difference. Perfect? No, but compared to how half the image dropped out in the above version? I can live with this.
