Mothra was always my mom’s favorite, and it seems a lot of ladies like the fact that something sweet, pretty, and with a strong mothering vibe can be a total kaiju bad are. I really wanted to get the “kawaii” of it in the drawings. Down in the corner you can see how I essentially started with a modified panda face .
