April showers, May flowers, whatever. These are actually drawings from the end of May. It was a new model to the sessions, and really warm in the studio (now that summer has descended on DC like a swarm of locusts). During her poses, the poor thing looked like she was going to pass out from the heat! Remember she has lights blazing on her, she’s on a stand, it’s a short room, and heat rises! Poor kid, but she hung in there.
Anyway, just a couple of 20 minutes sketches. Enjoy!
