As I mentioned, with a GI Joe run coming up, I’ve needed to get back in the habit of inking more for “hero” comics, than “cartoony” ones.
I’ve been reading mostly manga, and watching a lot of anime lately, so my shadow work has taken on a lot of that linear style… whether I wanted it or not. Not sure I like my Immonen feathering, as I tend to lean toward solid Toth-like clumps. I thought my earlier Eizouken image came out a lot better, so I may try another one; pulling back on the extra line work.
