“Beep,Beep” (1952) is an all time favorite short, & considering a large chunk of it is an animation cheat, should have earned it an award for ingenuity. To save production time, they literally turn their main characters into two dots chasing each other thru a flat map of a mineshaft. It doesn’t scream of cutting corners, or stand out in anyway, but wow, how clever was that. Coyote is given some amazing gestures when he is on camera, so I go back to this one a lot. Sitting in a waiting room, these sketches ended up being a little loose.
