Are you on dope?

Seriously, I’d love to know what the designers were smoking when they came up with the Toxo-Vipers? The Cobra Incinerators aren’t much better, but at least their helmets make sense. I mean what does a Toxo-Viper helmet weigh? 10-15-35 lbs? It’s like someone took a Stormtrooper helmet ands said “This isn’t impractical… enough.”
